The plan Agente Verificado is designed for real estate professionals
who wish to showcase their experience, strengthen their professional identity
and organise part of their daily activity from their RealtorList account.
For a period of 12 months, the plan includes a published professional profile,
a digital business card and various tools to manage contacts,
communications, enquiries and routine documents.
The aim is to provide a work environment prepared and maintained by RealtorList,
without the professional having to commission the development, hosting and configuration
of an independent solution to access these features.

Contact database
It allows you to centralise business information and retain the context of interactions
associated with each contact, including notes, calls, messages and follow-ups.
This tool helps you resume conversations in a more organised way and identify
outstanding actions without relying on scattered notes.
Digital contact card
It allows you to present and share your key professional details through a
digital business card linked to your identity within RealtorList.
It can be used to make it easier for clients and collaborators to view, save
or forward your professional information from different devices.
Internal chat between agents
It provides an internal communication space to interact with other professionals
within the environment enabled by RealtorList.
Its purpose is to facilitate professional coordination and keep certain
work conversations separate from personal channels.
AI chat
It provides assistance with organising ideas, summarising information, preparing structures
and generating drafts related to professional tasks.
Responses generated by artificial intelligence may contain errors,
omissions or information that is unsuitable for a specific case. The professional must review,
correct and validate any result before using or sharing it.
Knowledge base
It provides access to organised materials, procedures and answers concerning
common enquiries related to the use of the service and professional activity.
Its purpose is to reduce repeated searches and help maintain
more consistent working practices.
Invoice creation and organisation
It allows you to prepare and organise invoice drafts using the information
entered by the professional.
Before issuing an invoice, the user must verify the identity of the parties,
the numbering, line items, taxes, amounts and any other applicable
tax or administrative requirement.
Reservation contract creation
It allows you to generate and organise reservation contract drafts based on
the information entered within the workflow.
These documents are supporting drafts. They must be reviewed and adapted
by the professional before being signed or used and do not replace the advice
of a lawyer, tax adviser or other qualified specialist.
Tool limits
Availability and usage allowances for contacts, documents,
conversations, storage, artificial intelligence and other features are governed
by the current Agente Verificado plan matrix.
Applicable limits must be displayed before completing the purchase and may
be viewed within the My Account area. No feature should be interpreted as unlimited
unless expressly stated in writing.
Once a limit is reached, certain actions may be temporarily
restricted until the period renews, capacity is freed up or
an available upgrade is purchased.
Activation process
- Complete your plan purchase.
- You will receive instructions to access your account and provide the necessary information.
- Complete your professional details, photo, areas, languages, services and specialisations.
- RealtorList will review the professional information provided.
- We may request additional information to verify your identity or professional affiliation.
- The profile will be prepared and published once the review has been successfully completed.
- The tools corresponding to the plan will be enabled in My Account.
The usual aim is to review the profile within 48 hours of receiving
all required information. This timeframe may be extended if information is missing,
there are discrepancies or additional checks are required.
Activation of certain tools may also depend on proper
account configuration, technical availability and compliance with the
applicable requirements.
Verification requirements
To obtain the Agente Verificado badge, the information provided must be
consistent, current and professionally verifiable.
RealtorList may request, among other items:
- Documentation or reasonable information to confirm identity.
- Professional email address.
- Website, corporate profile or proof of affiliation with an agency.
- Additional information to confirm real-estate activity.
Documents used for verification will not be published on the profile,
unless the account holder expressly requests the publication of certain professional information
and such publication is accepted by RealtorList.
Duration
The plan has a duration of 12 months from activation.
The subscription covers the first year of profile publication and access
to the included features.
Renewal is not automatic. Before the end of the contracted period, you may be
offered the option to renew the plan in accordance with the features, limits,
terms and prices in force at that time.
If the plan ends without renewal, the profile and associated tools
may be deactivated or become subject to the conditions applicable to accounts
without an active plan.
What is not included
- Does not include advertising campaign management.
- Does not include the creation or maintenance of an independent website.
- Does not include web hosting, a domain or external corporate email.
- Does not include the writing or publication of articles in external media.
- Does not include a complete corporate agency profile.
- Does not include featured positioning as an agency.
- Does not include territorial exclusivity.
- Does not include legal, tax, accounting or employment advice.
- Does not include an individual professional review of each invoice or contract generated.
- Does not guarantee contacts, enquiries, clients, sales, transactions or commissions.
- Does not guarantee indexing or specific rankings on Google or other search engines.
- Does not include features other than those specified in the plan and its current matrix.
Responsibility for information and documents
The account holder is responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality
and currency of the information entered in the profile and tools.
Invoices, contracts, texts and other content generated using the tools
must be reviewed before being issued, signed, published or sent to third parties.
RealtorList provides support and organisational tools, but does not participate
as a party in real-estate transactions or automatically validate the
legal, tax or contractual suitability of each document.
Important information
Verification confirms that RealtorList has carried out reasonable checks on
the professional information provided. It does not constitute legal certification,
a commercial guarantee, personal recommendation or validation of all activities
carried out by the professional.
RealtorList may reject, suspend, hide or remove profiles containing
false, misleading, incomplete, unlawful or non-compliant information
with the publication terms.
Access to certain tools may also be suspended where
abusive, automated, fraudulent, unlawful or non-compliant use is detected
rules.
Profile visibility may vary depending on location, competition,
the searches carried out, the information provided, the operation of
search engines and other external factors.

When is the profile published?
The profile is prepared after payment and all required information have been received.
The review target is approximately 48 hours from the time the application
is complete.
Is the badge awarded automatically?
No. The badge is added after RealtorList successfully completes
the relevant professional checks.
Do I need to install or maintain another system?
There is no need to develop, host or configure a separate solution
to use the included features. Access is provided through the
RealtorList account while the plan remains active.
Do the tools have limits?
Yes. Contacts, documents, conversations, storage and artificial intelligence
usage are governed by the current Agente Verificado matrix. The applicable limits
must be displayed before payment and within My Account.
Can I update my information?
Yes. You can request or make corrections when your professional details change,
including service areas, languages, services or contact information.
Are invoices ready to be issued?
The tool allows you to prepare and organise drafts. Before issuing them,
you must check the numbering, tax details, line items, amounts,
taxes and any applicable legal requirements.
Can reservation agreements be signed directly?
They should not be used without review. Each draft must be checked and adapted
to the specific transaction before signing. The tool does not replace
legal advice.
Does artificial intelligence replace my professional judgement?
No. The artificial intelligence chat provides assistance in preparing
ideas and drafts. Its outputs must be reviewed and do not constitute
professional, legal, tax or business advice.
Can I publish properties on my profile?
This product is aimed at the agent's professional profile and the tools
expressly included. Property listings will depend on the features
available and the plan purchased.
Are clients or contacts guaranteed?
No. RealtorList provides publishing, structure, work tools
and potential visibility, but does not guarantee traffic, rankings, enquiries,
clients, transactions, sales or commissions.
What happens if I cannot complete verification?
RealtorList may request additional information. When it is not possible to reasonably confirm
the professional details, the verification badge will not be awarded.
The applicable terms of service and current refund policy will apply.
What happens when the 12 months end?
You can decide whether to renew the plan under the terms and prices
in force at that time. If renewal is not completed, the profile and associated tools
may be deactivated in accordance with the applicable terms.
