Agencia Destacada is the RealtorList plan designed exclusively
for real estate agencies that need to present their company in greater detail,
manage business tools and actively participate on the platform
from a single corporate profile.

The plan allows you to maintain a complete professional agency profile and organise its
locations, languages, services, specialisations and property types, as well as use
tools to create documents, publish updates, manage conversations
and officially respond to reviews when ownership requirements
and verification requirements are met.

What Agencia Destacada includes

• One agency profile for the active duration of the plan.
• Full editing of the agency's professional information.
• Editing of locations, languages, specialities, services and property types.
• Trading name, logo, description, contact details and official website.
• Access to the RealtorList knowledge library.
• Creation of up to 3 invoices per month.

• Creation of up to 3 reservation contracts per month.

Professional agency profile

Agencia Destacada allows you to manage a maximum of
one agency profile. The plan is limited to corporate profiles
and does not include individual agent profiles.

The agency can complete and update the information needed to explain its
activity, coverage and professional offering, including:

• Trading name and logo.
• Corporate description.
• Address and service areas.
• Telephone, email address and website.
• Available languages.
• Services and specialisations.
• Property types marketed.

Inclusion in the directory, listed or verified agency badges and
featured placement depend on the profile's actual status and applicable configuration.
Purchasing the plan does not replace publication, claiming, verification
or moderation checks.

Invoices

The plan allows you to create up to 3 invoices per month using the tools
available in the account.

Created invoices can:

• Be shared with the relevant recipient.
• Be generated in PDF format.
• Be printed for filing or delivery.

Any unused monthly allowance is not described as cumulative and should be understood in accordance with
the limits displayed in the account during each period.

Reservation contracts

Agencia Destacada allows you to create up to
3 reservation agreements per month.

Created agreements may:

• Be shared with the relevant parties.
• Be generated in PDF format.
• Be printed for review, signing or filing.

The tool facilitates document preparation but does not replace the legal, tax or professional advice
that may be required for a specific transaction.

Public feed and posts

The agency may post and reply in the public feed, with a combined allowance of up to
20 posts and replies per month.

The plan also includes:

• Access to the complete post history.
• Intent filter.
• Location filter.
• Date filter.

Posts must comply with RealtorList's terms of use, moderation and content rules.
Access to the feed does not guarantee reach, engagement or contacts.

Personal conversations

Users can send personal conversation requests. Once the
request has been accepted, the parties may exchange messages using the available features.

This personal messaging does not have a specific commercial allowance linked to the plan.
It should not be confused with an internal team chat, as that feature has not been implemented.

Reviews and official responses

Agencia Destacada includes access to the agency's review dashboard.

An official response to a review is available only when the profile is
active, claimed and verified and the account belongs to the
authorised owner.

The plan provides the ability to hide reviews up to
5%, applied in accordance with the current rules of the review system.
Hiding a review should not be confused with deleting it, moving it to the trash or removing
its audit trail.

Public reviews, their calculations and moderation remain subject to the applicable approval
statuses and policies of RealtorList.

Knowledge library and artificial intelligence

The plan includes access to the RealtorList knowledge library to consult
resources available on the platform.

The artificial intelligence chat may be available to all visitors,
so it does not constitute an exclusive feature of Agencia Destacada or an advantage
limited only to paid accounts.

Activation process

1. Complete the purchase of the Agencia Destacada plan.
2. Provide the agency's professional information.
3. Provide the logo, contact details and official website.
4. Complete the locations, languages, services, specialities and property types.
5. RealtorList reviews the information and applicable statuses.
6. The profile is activated when it meets the relevant publication requirements.

Profile review

The usual aim is to review the profile within
48 hours of receiving payment and all the information
required.

The timeframe may be extended if information is missing, discrepancies exist,
additional checks are required, or the agency does not respond to a request for information.

Information the agency must provide

• Trading name and legal business name, where applicable.
• High-resolution logo.
• Professional company description.
• Official website.
• Professional telephone number and email address.
• Address and service areas.
• Available languages.
• Specialisms and services.
• Property types marketed.
• Additional information required to validate the profile.

Service term

The profile and the benefits associated with the plan remain active for
12 months from activation, provided that the account and profile
maintain the required statuses.

Purchase does not imply automatic renewal. Before the end of the period, RealtorList
may offer renewal in accordance with the current terms and prices.

• It does not include more than one agency profile.
• It does not include individual agent profiles.

• Does not include unlimited creation of reservation agreements.

Agencia Destacada provides a more comprehensive company profile and access to tools
for day-to-day operations within RealtorList. These features can help present the
agency more effectively, organise certain tasks and facilitate interaction with other users,
but they do not make it possible to control algorithms, market demand or visitors' decisions
.

RealtorList does not guarantee:

• A specific volume of profile visits.
• A particular position in the directory or search engines.
• The automatic granting of badges or verification statuses.
• A specific number of conversations or contacts.
• Clients, sales, bookings, commissions or financial results.
• The agency's inclusion in artificial intelligence tools.
• The uninterrupted availability of features dependent on third parties.

Results may vary depending on the quality and accuracy of the information,
profile status, competition, market conditions, location, language, demand
and changes made by third parties.

Information updates and changes

The agency may update its profile information within the features
enabled by the plan. Changes remain subject to validation, moderation,
technical availability and publishing rules.

RealtorList may request clarification or additional documentation where there are
discrepancies, ownership claims or data requiring verification.
