Last updated: 23 July 2026
This policy governs cancellations, account closures, withdrawal requests, compliance issues and refunds related to services, plans, content and digital tools purchased through RealtorList.Net.
References to RealtorList o RealtorList.Net shall be understood as referring to the owner and provider identified in the Legal notice .
This policy forms part of the terms of purchase and must be read together with the product description, order summary, current plan matrix and the other terms accepted during purchase.
1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to services purchased directly from RealtorList, including, depending on the plan or order:
- Creation, review and publication of professional profiles.
- Profiles for agents, agencies and other real-estate professionals.
- Verification processes and verification badges.
- Digital contact cards.
- Access to contact databases and tracking tools.
- Internal chats and professional communication features.
- Artificial intelligence assistance tools.
- Access to knowledge bases and professional materials.
- Preparation of draft invoices and reservation agreements.
- Writing descriptions, profiles, pages and customised content.
- Creation of editorial campaigns and digital visibility services.
- Publication of articles, links and calls to action.
- Other deliverables expressly included in the accepted order.
The inclusion of a feature in this general description does not mean that it is included in all plans. The features, limits, duration and deliverables shown for the specific product shall prevail.
2. Customer status
Professional clients
The services of RealtorList are primarily intended for agencies, companies, self-employed professionals, agents and other professionals purchasing for purposes related to their economic, commercial or professional activity.
Where the customer purchases as a business or professional, the statutory right of withdrawal reserved for consumers does not apply, unless RealtorList expressly recognises it for a specific product.
Consumers
A natural person shall be considered a consumer when purchasing for purposes outside their business, trade, craft or profession.
The designation used during purchase shall not alter the true nature of the contract. RealtorList may request reasonable information to determine whether the order is placed for a professional or consumer purpose.
Declaration during purchase
Where the form requests an indication of whether the purchase is made as a professional, company or consumer, the customer must select the option that genuinely corresponds to their situation.
A false or inaccurate declaration shall not remove mandatory rights where they legally apply, but it may be taken into account when assessing the contract, preventing fraud and resolving disputes.
3. Formation of the contract
The contract is deemed concluded when the purchase process is completed, payment is authorised and RealtorList confirms the order, unless the product page or an individual proposal specifies a different point in time.
Payment confirmation does not mean that RealtorList has approved information, profiles, statements, materials or content provided by the customer.
RealtorList may reject or cancel an order before beginning performance where:
- Payment cannot be validated.
- The product was displayed with an obvious pricing or configuration error.
- The order is technically impossible to fulfil.
- The information provided is clearly false or unlawful.
- The requested service infringes third-party rights.
- There is a serious incompatibility with the publication requirements.
- There are reasonable indications of fraud or abusive use.
Where RealtorList fully rejects an order before commencing work or activating services, it will refund the amount corresponding to the service not provided.
4. When the service begins
Performance of the service shall be deemed to have begun when RealtorList has taken a material action related to the order.
Such actions may include:
- Activating an account, plan, licence, access or tool.
- Enabling capacity, storage, contacts, documents or usage allocated to the plan.
- Reviewing the information or materials provided.
- Starting identity or professional affiliation checks.
- Creating or configuring a profile, page, listing or workspace.
- Allocating technical, editorial or publishing resources.
- Researching topics, markets, keywords or media outlets.
- Writing, editing, designing, programming or adapting content.
- Preparing documents, structures, campaigns or deliverables.
- Publishing or distributing a profile, article, link or content.
- Making any partial delivery included in the order.
RealtorList may retain reasonable records of activation, activity, versions, deliveries and communications to demonstrate the actual status of the order.
5. Cancellation of professional contracts
Professional clients may request cancellation by writing to partners@realtorlist.net .
Cancellation stops, where technically and reasonably possible, future work that has not yet begun. It does not remove the obligation to pay for:
- Services already activated.
- Work already performed.
- Deliverables already prepared or published.
- Resources specifically reserved for the order.
- Third-party costs incurred to perform the service.
- Subscription periods already started.
- Upgrades, usage or units already used.
Unless the contract, proposal or product description expressly states otherwise, payments made by professional clients will not be refundable in respect of the portion activated, performed, delivered, published, reserved or used.
Where a clearly separable part of the service has not begun and RealtorList agrees to stop it, a proportional refund may be made or a credit may be issued, as agreed and depending on the nature of the order.
The voluntary granting of a credit, re-performance or refund in a specific case does not create an obligation to grant the same remedy in future cases.
6. Consumers' right of withdrawal
Where legally applicable, the consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days after its conclusion, without having to state a reason.
To exercise this right, the consumer must send, before the deadline expires, an unequivocal statement to:
Email: partners@realtorlist.net
The consumer may use the form included at the end of this policy, although its use is not mandatory.
The consumer is responsible for proving that they communicated the withdrawal within the applicable period.
7. Request for early commencement
During the contracting process, the consumer may expressly request that RealtorList begin providing the service before the withdrawal period expires.
This request must be made through a separate affirmative action, such as an unchecked box, an express declaration or a mechanism equivalent that can be retained as evidence.
If the consumer withdraws after having validly requested the early commencement, they must pay the proportional part of the service provided up to the time they notify their withdrawal.
The following may be taken into account when calculating that proportional amount:
- The time of access or service already provided.
- Features or capabilities already activated.
- Deliverables or phases already completed.
- The technical, editorial or administrative work actually performed.
- The separable portion of the price allocated to each component of the order.
- The total agreed price, unless it is manifestly excessive.
The consumer will not be required to make a proportional payment where RealtorList has not properly obtained the express request for early commencement or has not provided the legally required information.
8. Full performance and loss of the right of withdrawal
Where the service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, the consumer will lose that right only where:
- They have expressly requested or consented to the commencement of performance.
- They have previously acknowledged that they will lose the right once the service is completed.
- RealtorList has provided the relevant confirmation on a durable medium.
- The service has in fact been fully performed.
Simply activating a 12-month subscription does not necessarily mean that the entire service has been fully performed at the time of activation.
9. Digital content supplied immediately
Where the order includes digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium and is supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may be lost from the start of supply only where the consumer:
- Has given prior and express consent to commence supply.
- Has acknowledged that, by doing so, they lose their right of withdrawal.
- Has received confirmation of the contract and of those declarations on a durable medium.
If these conditions are not met, RealtorList will not automatically apply the loss of the right of withdrawal.
10. Customised services and content
Profiles, biographies, descriptions, pages, campaigns, articles, strategies, designs and documents prepared specifically for a client may involve customised work that cannot reasonably be reused for other clients.
For professional contracts, the customised portion already commenced or performed will not be refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing or in the event of a breach directly attributable to RealtorList.
For consumer contracts, the customised nature of the work does not automatically eliminate the right of withdrawal where it is legally considered a provision of services.
In such cases, the rules on early commencement, proportional performance, full performance and any other applicable exceptions will apply to the true nature of the contracted product.
11. Subscriptions, duration and renewals
Each plan will have the duration shown before purchase. Cancellation requested during an already paid period will, where applicable, prevent future renewals, but will not in itself give rise to a proportional refund for the current period.
Failure to use, partial use, forgetting to access the account or deciding to stop using the service do not make the contracted period an unprovided period.
Where a plan renews automatically, this fact, its frequency, the price and the cancellation procedure must be shown before entering into the contract.
Where renewal is not automatic, the service will end at the conclusion of the contracted period unless the client enters into a new contract.
Cancellations will not have retroactive effect and will not remove invoices, usage, deliverables or obligations incurred before their effective date.
12. Situations that do not in themselves give rise to a refund
Provided that RealtorList has provided the service in accordance with the contract and no applicable mandatory right exists, refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind.
- Non-use or partial use of the service.
- Early cancellation of a period already commenced.
- The client's lack of time, staff or resources.
- Closure, sale, reorganisation or change in the business strategy.
- Change of the client's agency, brand, domain, website, telephone number or email address.
- Removal or modification of the client's website.
- Failure to provide materials, information or approvals.
- Delays attributable to the client or third parties engaged by the client.
- Incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the client.
- Materials submitted without authorisation or that infringe third-party rights.
- Failure to reasonably pass a verification process.
- Failure to obtain a badge where its requirements are not met.
- Reaching the usage limits included in the plan.
- Requiring features, capacity or deliverables that were not included.
- Refusal of modifications or additional work not contracted.
- Subjective differences in taste that do not constitute a lack of conformity.
- Routine changes made by search engines, social media platforms or external providers.
- Commercial or ranking results below expectations.
This section will not apply where there is a lack of conformity, a breach of contract by RealtorList or a non-waivable right.
13. Results not guaranteed
RealtorList undertakes to provide the features, periods and deliverables expressly included in the plan or order, provided that the client cooperates and provides the necessary information.
RealtorList does not guarantee:
- A specific amount of traffic, impressions, visits or clicks.
- The receipt of enquiries, contacts or potential clients.
- Obtaining property listings, reservations, rentals or property sales.
- Generating sales, commissions, revenue or profits.
- The indexing of pages, profiles or content.
- A specific position on Google or other search engines.
- A specific improvement in SEO, authority, reputation or visibility.
- Appearing in responses from artificial intelligence systems.
- The continued availability of links or content published outside the direct control of RealtorList.
- The acceptance of content by external platforms or providers.
- The legal or tax suitability of drafts not professionally reviewed.
Results may depend on competition, the market, location, the quality of the offer, the reputation, the client's website, search engines, external platforms, technological changes and the client's commercial capacity to generate business.
The absence of a non-guaranteed result does not in itself constitute a lack of conformity or give rise to a right to a refund where the contracted features and deliverables have been provided.
14. Client obligations and delays
The client must:
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
- Respond to reasonable requests from RealtorList.
- Provide the necessary photographs, logos, texts and authorisations.
- Review drafts within the specified timeframe.
- Check data, links, names, amounts and documents before approving them.
- Hold sufficient rights to the materials provided.
- Use the tools in accordance with the law and the service terms.
- Pay the agreed amounts on the applicable dates.
RealtorList deadlines will be suspended for any period during which necessary data, materials, access, responses or approvals are missing.
A delay caused wholly or partially by the client will not give rise to any right a refund, nor shall it be considered a breach by RealtorList.
Where the lack of cooperation continues for a reasonable period, RealtorList may close the order, suspend it or consider it pending on the part of the client, without prejudice to the work already completed and amounts due.
15. Changes requested by the client
Corrections required to bring a deliverable into line with what was expressly contracted will be made in accordance with the product terms.
The following are not considered included corrections:
- Changes in strategy after commencement.
- New full versions not originally envisaged.
- Changes to the contracted audience, market, language or location.
- Replacement of previously approved materials.
- Additional features, integrations or deliverables.
- Changes requested after approval or publication.
Such work may require a new quote, extend the timeframes and will not entitle the client to retroactively cancel the previous work.
16. Lack of conformity or breach by RealtorList
If a feature or deliverable differs materially from what was contracted, the client must report this in sufficient detail for RealtorList to review it.
Where there is an issue attributable to RealtorList, the following may apply, depending on the nature of the service and subject to mandatory rights:
- Correction of the error.
- Re-performance of the affected work.
- Restoration of access or functionality.
- Delivery of the outstanding component.
- A reasonable extension of the affected period.
- An equivalent service accepted by the client.
- A proportional price reduction.
- Termination of the affected part.
- A full or proportional refund where legally or contractually applicable.
RealtorList shall have the right to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, to attempt to bring the service into conformity within a reasonable period and without significant inconvenience to the consumer.
The following shall not be considered a lack of conformity:
- A minor error that does not materially affect the contracted use or purpose.
- A subjective difference in style where the deliverable complies with the approved brief.
- A previously disclosed technical incompatibility.
- An issue caused by the client's device, software or provider.
- A brief interruption required for maintenance or security.
- A third-party change beyond the reasonable control of RealtorList.
- The absence of results that were not guaranteed.
17. Ongoing digital services
Where the contract provides for ongoing access for a specified period, RealtorList will endeavour to keep the service in conformity throughout that period, subject to reasonable interruptions arising from maintenance, security, updates or causes beyond its control.
If a material lack of conformity affects only part of the period, any mandatory reduction or refund may be calculated proportionately in relation to the affected time or component.
Where termination of an ongoing digital service is legally applicable, the client may request recovery of content they have created or entered, subject to the terms and limits provided by law and the available export features.
18. Service modifications
RealtorList may introduce updates necessary to maintain the security, conformity, compatibility and operation of the service.
It may also modify features for technical, legal, operational or security reasons where:
- The contract reasonably permits the modification.
- There is a valid reason.
- No unaccepted additional cost is imposed.
- Clear notice is provided when the change is material.
- Applicable mandatory rights are respected.
Where a modification to a digital service adversely affects, to more than a minimal extent, a consumer’s access to or use of it, the rights provided by law shall apply.
19. Suspension, concealment or removal for non-compliance
RealtorList may restrict, conceal, suspend or remove accounts, profiles, content or tools where there is:
- Breach of the applicable terms.
- False, misleading or unverifiable information.
- Illegal or infringing content.
- Non-payment or payment reversal.
- Abusive, automated or fraudulent use.
- Risk to users, third parties or service security.
- Use of personal data without a valid legal basis.
- Sending unsolicited communications.
- Identity impersonation or review manipulation.
Where the measure results from an act or omission attributable to the customer, there shall be no right to a refund for work already performed, access already provided, resources consumed or costs already incurred, unless a mandatory provision of law provides otherwise.
Where reasonable, RealtorList will notify the customer of the measure and allow them to request a review.
20. Third-party services and providers
Some features depend on third-party providers, including hosting, email, payments, artificial intelligence, analytics, search engines, social media, media or infrastructure services.
RealtorList does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of services it does not directly control.
A third-party incident will not automatically give rise to a refund where RealtorList can reasonably restore, replace or provide the contracted feature.
Where external dependency permanently prevents the provision of a material and separable part of the service, RealtorList will offer the appropriate solution, including, where applicable, an alternative, extension, proportionate reduction or refund of the unprovided part.
21. Calculation of refunds
Where a full or proportionate refund is due, its amount will be calculated taking into account:
- The part actually provided.
- The access period already enjoyed.
- The units, limits or usage consumed.
- Deliverables completed or partially performed.
- The separable components of the price.
- Discounts applied to the overall order.
- Mandatory rights applicable to the customer.
Discounts linked to the joint purchase of several services may be allocated proportionately among the components of the order to calculate the refundable amount.
Administrative or payment fees will not be deducted from a mandatory refund due to a consumer.
For professional contracts, non-recoverable external costs specifically incurred for the order may be deducted where this possibility has been disclosed or agreed and is legally valid.
22. Method and timeframe for refunds
Where a consumer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, RealtorList will issue the refund without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days following the date on which it is informed of the decision.
Any other mandatory refunds resulting from a price reduction or termination will be made within the legally applicable period.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless:
- The customer expressly agrees to another method.
- The original method is no longer available.
- There is a technical impossibility beyond RealtorList's control.
Under no circumstances may the use of an alternative method result in additional costs for the consumer.
The time it takes for the bank or payment provider to reflect the amount after RealtorList has issued it depends on that entity and cannot be controlled by RealtorList.
23. Duplicate or manifestly incorrect payments
Confirmed duplicate payments will be refunded, unless the second payment relates to another order, renewal, upgrade or valid invoice.
Where there is a manifest error in the amount charged, RealtorList will correct the difference once the order and transaction have been verified.
The request must identify the affected charges and provide the information reasonably necessary to locate them.
24. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, it is recommended that you contact RealtorList to allow for a prompt review of the issue.
This recommendation does not limit the rights of the holder of the payment method or prevent the reporting of a genuinely unauthorised transaction.
When a dispute is opened, RealtorList may provide the payment provider with the information necessary to demonstrate:
- The identity and authentication associated with the transaction.
- Acceptance of the terms and conditions.
- Confirmation of the order.
- Activation and use of the service.
- The deliverables provided.
- The communications exchanged.
- Requests for early commencement and other applicable consents.
A manifestly unjustified chargeback does not extinguish a valid debt. RealtorList may suspend the service while the dispute is being resolved and claim the amounts and reasonable costs legally due.
A consumer will not be penalised for exercising a legal right in good faith or reporting a genuinely fraudulent transaction.
25. How to request a cancellation or refund
Requests must be sent to:
Email: partners@realtorlist.net
Where applicable, the request must include:
- Name of the customer, professional or company.
- Email address used when placing the order.
- Order or invoice number.
- Plan or service purchased.
- Date and payment method.
- Type of request: cancellation, withdrawal, issue or refund.
- Clear description of the reason.
- URLs, screenshots or documents needed to verify the issue.
- Requested resolution.
RealtorList may request additional information where necessary to identify the order, verify the applicant's identity, prevent fraud or properly assess the request.
The absence of information will not automatically invalidate a withdrawal request where the communication sufficiently identifies the consumer, the contract and their unequivocal decision to withdraw.
26. Review of requests
RealtorList will review:
- The customer's status as a professional or consumer.
- The date of contracting and of the request.
- The information displayed before payment.
- The recorded consents and express requests.
- The activation, use and status of the service.
- The work performed and deliverables provided.
- Actions pending from the customer.
- The existence of a lack of conformity.
- Applicable mandatory rights.
Automatic receipt of an email does not mean that the refund has been approved. RealtorList will communicate the decision after reviewing the request.
Where the request is accepted in whole or in part, the amount, calculation method and refund method will be indicated.
27. Abuse prevention
RealtorList may reject fraudulent or abusive requests, including:
- Requesting refunds for services used or delivered while concealing that use.
- Falsely claiming that the payment was not authorised.
- Manipulating documents, dates or communications.
- Requesting both a refund and a chargeback for the same amount.
- Creating multiple accounts to repeat promotions or trial periods.
- Using delivered content after claiming that it was not received.
RealtorList may retain the minimum evidence necessary to prevent, investigate and defend itself against such actions.
This section will not be used to prevent legitimate claims or the exercise of mandatory rights.
28. Withdrawal form
This form may only be used where the right of withdrawal applies:

29. Order of precedence
In the event of a conflict between documents, the following order will apply, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise:
- Applicable mandatory legislation.
- The individual proposal or signed agreement.
- The order summary and the specific product description.
- The current plan matrix accepted at the time of contracting.
- The Terms and Conditions of Contracting.
- This Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy.
- The General Terms of Use.
A specific term will only take precedence over a general term in relation to the specific matter it governs and provided that it does not limit non-waivable rights.
30. Mandatory rights
No provision of this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot be legally waived.
Clauses aimed at professional customers will not apply to reduce the rights to which a consumer is legally entitled.
In the event of a conflict between this policy and a mandatory rule, the mandatory rule will prevail.
31. Changes to this policy
RealtorList may update this policy to adapt it to legal, technical, operational or service offering changes.
The version applicable to each order will be the one accepted at the time of contracting, without prejudice to changes required by law or to subsequent terms more favourable to the client.
